García IV (or V) (died Nov. 21, 1150, Lorca, Navarre [Spain]) was the king of Pamplona (Navarre) from 1134 to 1150, grandson of Sancho IV and son of El Cid’s daughter Cristina and Ramiro Sánchez, lord of Monzón. When Alfonso I of Aragon and Navarre died in 1134 and the Aragonese proclaimed the succession for his brother Ramiro II, the Navarrese rebelled and restored their own ancient line in the person of García Ramirez.
